the QUARANTUNED MUSIC FESTIVAL
20-22 MARCH 2020
A 24-HOUR, WORLDWIDE, VIRTUAL MUSIC FESTIVAL
amount raised: $1103.08
The first Quarantuned Music Festival - a 24-hour, worldwide, virtual music festival hosted by Amelia Ray, the Adventurer of Rock and Roll - was an exercise in improvisation. Amelia's concert scheduled for Saturday 21 March in Reykjavík was cancelled, along with the rest of the world, with little notice. So with the help of a few friends, Amelia decided to hold a music festival right from her hotel room.
The festival took place from midnight GMT Saturday 21 March until midnight GMT Sunday 22 March 2020, was livestreamed at https://www.facebook.com/quarantuned and featured acts from eight countries. You may watch videos from the festival below.
Thank you to everyone who made a donation. The net proceeds raised went to benefit artists worldwide affected by COVID-19 cancellations.
